    Bwin stole my money
I have problem with bwin. They closed my account with $200 plus $100 ticket which I won... Firstly they told to me there is problem with my payment provider = paypal when I call paypal everythink was ok. Then I call bwin again and they told my they need my foto copy of credit card. I did and still nothing happend. I called again and answeer was WE will email you. After 2weeks they didn't replay so I wrote them email and answeer was: We can't reopen your accoun becouse...and there is point number 4, like bwin can closse/excute your account. But there is not somethink like they can steal my money. So I called again and I told them I do need open my account just send me back my money. Next answeer was NO outpayment can be processed. So I wrote them again like they can't steal my money without reaseon or becouse the previous point 4, wich is doesn't connect(becouse I agree and I don't have problem if they will not reopen my account with) my money so they found new answeer like they closed my account becouse paypal did some backcharges... But what is between them and paypal is not my problem and no one let my know happend somethink like this. I have contract with paypal and other contract with bwin but I don't care what contract they have got betwean themself. So every single time when they don't have true answeer they try send me other and other reasons how to avoid outpayment.

I'm sorry for my english but I think every one understant what's going on...

      Hi mavro,

I believe Justin&Co. will help you get your money. There is no reason besides theft for Bwin to keep your deposit and winnings.
Wait some time, submit your complain or write to Justin7 directly.
In the meantime you may as well explain how Bwin closed your account, to this organizations:

      Tex Rees
      Fair Gaming Advocate
      eCOGRA Limited
      tex@ecogra.org
      http://www.ecogra.org

      And alternatively here:
      GRA Commission on Gambling (Gibraltar)
      phil.brear@gra.gi

Write to them what happened and wait for an answer, but I think Justin will help you much before. It's long time they keep your money, from what you write, if I see it right - Bwin owes you 200$ you transfered to them using PayPal and 100$ you have won. Together Bwin owes you 300$, right? And most important don't worry, they are being taken care of. I will follow your case closely.

        Marvo,

You're free to use whatever avenues you wish. I've had a very high success rate with Bwin... but if you are using a gaming commission, I will have to wait until that process is over to assist - Bwin cannot discuss cases that are in dispute with a gaming agency.
