Good work on the series. Bash location has to have legalized gambling. AC would be fine too. I just hope it’s in the US. I can go out of country, contrary to what some may think, but I would rather stay stateside. Well, I’m only going if it’s in the US, but not that it matters much.

Really would love to go to a bash again. 2012 was great, but I wasn’t in a good place mentally so I didn’t enjoy it as much as I should have. Did fall in love with Vegas then though. Actually I enjoyed it plenty, just didn’t interact with many posters. I get that new spots may be more appealing to many, but Vegas will always be King for me.

However...if you offered me to live and work in EU right now I gladly would due to the culture immersion I would be exposed to. Cheap weekend trips via $20 flight and $20/night hostels to a new country at least 1/month.

You should look into programs some of the bigger cities have to offer when buying, esp 1st time buyers. We bought new construction in philly 10 years ago when they were offering tax abatements to attract buyers. That’s in the past but now offer this.

first saving 50k in 2 years with your salary will be extremely hard. 65k salary - after taxes will be 50k give or take which is about 1000 a week average - 630 rent + car payment + bills + food + entertainment will be around 2k a month which will leave you with 2k left over monthly. im sure i left out some stuff. add in travel. make it more realistic at 25-30k over 2 years. this doesnt include gambling trips

and let me know where you are going to buy an investment property in a growing/ hot area for 50k. unless you consider the ghetto in tennessee, alabama, ohio hot areas it wont happen. Here is the best advice i can give you save your money, housing market should crash next 2-3 years and buy up what you can for pennies on the dollar.
