When quoting a post, should not include any quotes that that post has quoted.

I agree that when you quote a post someone else made, it should not also include the quote that person made. This is scheduled to be fixed.
Multi-quote is something entirely different, that is so you can quote many posts and each are displayed properly, that has no bearing on quoting someone the regular way and having to include everything they have quoted.Comment -
