Is it OK for guys to drink white wine?

Im not that big into wine, but I enjoy it occasionally. I prefer red but sometimes white. Recently I heard it is a big no no for men to drink white wine. Anyone else heard that before?

I prefer a Cabernet or Merlot much better.

Between the two, prefer Cabernet because it tastes better and it has a much longer shelf life. In fact, 99% of Cabernet are good to go for 100 years or more if they are stored even halfway correctly. I would suggest never purchasing a pure Merlot that is over three years old.

Personally, I only drink white wine with seafood.

If you're out at a restaurant having a steak (like a man) and you're drinking white wine, that is almost grounds for a man-card revocation.

It all depends on what you are having for dinner...You CANNOT be drinking white wine with a steak or any other red meat. Seafood is acceptable as far as having drinks at a bar it really is personally preference. I honestly am a red wine drinker but that is me....
