the family was very involved in the prosecution's deal w/stallworth. they supported the DA in the decision. Stallworth also got his license suspended for 10 yrs and is on probation for LIFE.

did you even read about the outcome of the case and all of the parameters of his deal?

JS already said it best, but you cant possibly still be defending this guy. OOOO Porbation for LIFE!!! Im sure the dead guy would be happy with having probation if he still got to be alive. License suspended for 10 years? Who cares? This guy should never be allowed behind the wheel of a car again.

Id like to see what you'd say if the person run over had been a member of your family. Month in jail, yeah im sure you'd be real satisfied.

someone said in a thread yesterday that they could not understand how stallworth got 25 days for killing a human while vick got 2 yrs for killing dogs

stallworth ACCIDENTALLY ran over a human being who was standing on the street, not on the crosswalk

vick INTENTIONALLY forced dogs to fight to the death. forcing ANY animals, dogs or otherwise, to fight to the death, is totally fukken despicable and inhumane

simply killing dogs would have been MUCH more humane than forcing them to fight

thank GOD that the lawmakers understand this and the feds threw the book at vick to make an example of him

You know nothing about dogfighting, your just regurgitating all the PeTA nonsense you hear on sports radio and tv. How do you know the dogs were FORCED to fight??Have you raised gamedogs?..Have you been to a dog match??..do you know any dogfighters??

Listen to a guy who knows something about the sport. Gamedogs are bred and born to fight, their parents, grandparents, greatgrand parents etc. were all fighters. You are not gonna FORCE a dumb dog to fight for over 2 hours with several broken bones and large pieces of flesh ripped off. The only way that dog will keep fighting is if it has the INSTINCT and WILL to keep fighting. If the dog wants to quit, then it'll quit.period. No one is gonna FORCE a dog to keep fighting if it doesnt want to fight. They dont fight on free will, they fight on instinct. Selective breeding is a powerful thing.

All im saying is that dogs arent FORCED to fight like a lot of ppl think. When a dog no longer wants to continue, the fight is over. You lose. Granted that dog will likely get killed by the owner because its a "cur". I suppose killing them in harsh and cruel ways is not the best thing a guy can do, but it DEFINATLY isnt the worst. Words like "despicable", "stomach churning", "sadistic" etc. should be reserved for crimes involing PEOPLE!!...not some fvcking mutt.
