That desperate New Year's promo probably raised the level of concern on the accelerated sinking of this ship.

Skybook has been on the A-/B+ line for years. Players have found that they don't offer as much as they have in the past and not quite as much as other top shops. Recently we haven't had the communication with top decision makers that we require of A range books. But there is no reason for players enjoying Skybook to leave.

Skybook is a fine book and B+ is an excellent rating. They have become a difficult book for us to evaluate. We got mixed replys to inquires on who exactly they were backing and who they were not. Communication, at least for us, with this book is a challenge. Still an excellent book and one that has a long and solid track record.

This is a weird book. When I played with them they once left a message on the web page that I should call them. They wanted me to speak to some head poncho because I had said that Skybook had acted without class to a CS rep. lol (I had contacted them to check if a line that had been up for a while was right, was told it was, but they changed it immediately, so that I could no longer get it).

That was it. No bad words, no nothing. Just a remark that Skybook was acting without class to a chat clerk.

The guy I called tried to do the 'I am god' act. Didn't work.

This 'I am god' act became very popular lately.Definately not the right behaviour to clients.

He didn't use those words. Just where he was coming from. You recognize the type right away. They're like bad actors, who don't know it.

Skybook is a very average book, I would not play there myself but it is fairly safe but very generic.

I think the recent downgrade was justified...very vanilla book...
