Electronic Check Deposit

Does anyone use electronic check deposit to fund their accounts? I just tried to use this function to deposit some funds into my Pinny account. I had to enter my checking information, SSN, DOB and drivers license. When I hit enter, I got a message that my deposit had been declined. There was no explantion...just an email address for Citadel Commerce. I have received deposits from Citadel to my checking account in the past as well as withdrawals. I feel like a chump for giving all my personal info without getting anything in return. You guys have any thoughts on this.

I use it sometime for Betjm....as soon as it clears and if I am fortunate enough to make a withdrawal, it is back in my checking account the next day. I've always used Neteller for Pinnacle but use electronic check with Betjm b/c you can withdraw as many times as you like. Betjm is really a great book...

have you fax all your info to Citadel yet? That could be the problem your having right there Tchocky.

Citadel requires you to fax all your info to them before they allow these types of deposits on a normal basis. My guess would be thats were the problem is.
