Bwin & more books, another serious place to submit complaints
I didn't know this organization exists, but when my friend provided me this link, I was very happy to see it. I hope it will help you to resolve your disputes and complaints with your bookmaker. There you can find hundreds of bookmakers they deal with, if yours is there too, feel free to write to them. Form is filled over the internet...better take a look yourself.

Madoff was much bigger (60 billion $ Ponzi sheme) same as Stanford Financial (8 billion $ pyramid), what similarities I see between Bwin, Madoff, Stanford and Enron to name a few, that Bwin is run only by 2 executives and have many shell (sister?) companies under one holding company, in different jurisdictions and very strange cross ownership. As example Ladbrokes Plc do their business through one company only.
Most big frauds were made by companies, were only 1-2 people made all the financial decisions and such companies also had many shell companies in offshore jurisdiction.
If advertising is enough to know if it's a good company or not, I don't know. I think the opposite, the more advertising gambling company does, like placing it's logo on T-Shirts, the more suspicious it looks to me.
There are many other strategies to grow market share, why Ladbrokes doesn't use shareholders money (Bwin spends about 30-35 million EUR on this T-shirts deals per year) to do it this way.
Considering it's very reputable company, Ladbrokes, they see that such way of presenting themselves, doesn't fit their business and how they communicate with customers.
In my opinion, if company always pays it's customers on time and there is no fraud links about it found on the internet, it is already the best way to advertise. Not paying a winning customer is the worst form of scam any betting firm can do itself.
Bwin needs this T-Shirts more than anybody else, why?
