I've been taking Chantix to quit smoking but it doesnt help. I'm still smoking and taking it at the same time.

So now my routine is get up at 5 am have a power bar and some juice.

Do some crunches , abs , lift a bit .

Go to work , at lunch time lift again.

Smoking has taken a toll on me , with only 28 I have high blood pressure and i cant drink anymore or smoke for the rest of my life.

I went out to the Fiesta last night and managed to drink coca cola and not smoke , had my coffee today and didnt smoke .

I cant say that I dont want one but i think i might have these bad boys beaten.
