I think the markets is just pushed out of a whack a little bit. Miami might be burning some moneylines, but they will also squeeze out some one run losses.

I’m torn on the Carolina/Boston series as to how I’m gonna approach it? I like Boston to win the series but looks like they gonna be carrying a heavy price tag at home. Normally I’d do a 2 gm road dog chase to get the split but teams who off the longer layoff were outplayed by the teams who came in off a longer series in round 1.

So the question becomes do I get cute and try to get the cash on the fav gm 1 then switch to Carolina gm 2? The obvious problem there is if Carolina pulls out gm 1 then it leaves me chasing the fav in gm2 which is way more pricey leaving me open to having to risk a lot more for same result! Suppose I could simply pass gm1 then play whomever down 0-1 in gm2, that just doesn’t feel any fun!! Lol. What’s a guy to do?!??

Lately I’ve been looking to play them or the under when Caleb smith pitches. 1st 5 in lot of cases cause don’t like trusting their crappy pen to hold leads or keep the game under. Urena another guy that i look to play ff or game unders with. Their offense is straight dog shit so think it gives us some decent opportunities to get on unders when one their talented pitchers is going, they actually do have 2-3 starters w really good stuff (alcontera has the stuff, problem is his control shaky at best). Hard to trust the offense enough to actually bet fish to win very often, lol.

Don’t like doyers at all, nats sporting best ops in league vs lefties, doyers offense not nearly as strong vs lefties, and nats have the better lefty pitcher going. Only thing I don’t like is nats pen but think +131 a good price to back nats. Maybe +123 on FF makes more sense? I’m gonna split between the 2.

I havnt seen the pitching matchups for rest of this nats series but I’d avoid them as favs in any lefty/lefty starter matchup this series. I’d prob avoid them as favs whenever they face a good left handed starter, that lineup not nearly as strong vs lhp.

The Fund had another rain out on an OVER 9 bet. There were 5 runs in the 5th.

I'd almost rather see volatility and getting a chuck of units back as opposes to the stability, but stability is better than falling. We've seen 3 plays get rained out, one was a +134.

What if they had all been winners? So hard to get cut and dry when trying to determine market direction.

I can say this, the read posted above was not only correct, but also implies favorable market conditions for the Contrarian short term. It could be a good weekend, or at least Friday and Saturday, with a potential settlement style pull back on Sunday.

Those types of pullbacks will help reset impatient unit players who are up, as they bet more and give it back. This includes bettors who are less subtle with their impatience, those who are betting a percentage of the current bankroll. That increased Sunday bet gives back more than the win percentages and prices show.

But we're not there yet. I'm just offering my best prediction, right now, for this weekend which is in part based on the market turn late last night.
