College Football Underdog Betting Trends In 2021

Underdogs have a 290-280-12 (50.9%) record against the spread (ATS) so far this season for a profit of -$1,642.54 (-16.4 units) for regular $100 bettors.
But where the real money has been this season is on the outrights. College football betting underdogs are 139-411 (25.3%) straight up (SU) for a profit of +$6,874.72 (68.7 units).
Betting the spread on big underdogs hasn’t worked out great this year, though. Ten-point NCAAF dogs are 161-159-7 (50.3%) ATS this season but the profits are way down at -$1,254.83 (-12.5 units).
Once again, the moneyline dogs are making us rich, though, as those 10-point dogs are 40-257 (13.5%) SU for a profit of +$6,754.0 (67.5 units)
