Sportsbook.com is still a D+, so I suppose they go on the list. I've cashed out about 60K in four chunks since the change in ownership and got them all in 1-2 days with no problem.

Betus Payment

Betus.com- had 1k or so left there and was concerned that they weren't do transactions until January 3rd. Well, woke up to find they had transferred to my Neteller.

It is possible I was on the top of the list because I had been speaking with a manager there about my previous slowpay.

Now that they paid, I wanna get back in!
