Caps lost because they couldn’t hold a lead at home in gm 7, got vastly outplayed in the OTs, and failed in a PP in second ot.. despite how you feel about the disallowed goal in gm 6 even had it counted would’ve have guaranteed shit. Bottom line caps had a gm 7 at home, had lead for 2+ periods and couldn’t seal the deal then got outplayed in OT., don’t do this, nhl the only sport that incredibly rare refs change outcome, sounds like sour grapes. And I was on caps 6 and 7, they got beat.Comment -

Fats, if you're going to bet both futures, wait until the series is over and just bet the winner when 4 teams left. Futures imply 10% juice generally, not a good idea to bet 2 teams of 8 that only 1 will be left after.
Also, if you think the winner of this series wins it all, I would just recommend betting the winner in the next two series odds instead of futures. So for example if STL beats DAL, bet STL in the West Conference series, then roll over the bet + winnings to them winning the stanley cup series.Comment -

When people say "playoff hockey" is their favorite sport its because it's two different games.
There's no fighting, no trap D, no 3 line shifts, etc in reg season.
Post season hockey is about who skates, who checks, and who plays goalie.
