OVERALL FUNCTIONS:
This position is responsible for keeping the property grounds, stairways, and other public areas neat, clean and free of debris. Regularly inspects grounds, stairways and common areas. Insures all areas are clean and free of debris. Sweeps and blows walkways and common areas, rakes grounds, picks-up and deposes of trash including boxes, furniture, fixtures and furnishings, doors and signs, etc. Position may also be required to perform other cleaning and basic maintenance/repair work under the supervision of the Service Manager.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
No experience is required, but you must have a proven ability to successfully work as a team member. Position requires good customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 85% of the job is performed outdoors. Having a good attitude is a everything!
Must have drivers license and be comfortable driving a golf cart.

Unfortunately my bench warrant is from my petite larceny charge. Something dumb I should have never thought was a good idea. I assume no one wants to hire a guy with a warrant pending.
