E.G.----Would 5DIMES give a player a bonus on a transfer from Matchbook?

I dont believe 5 Dimes does... I have not received one on any of the transfers I have done in the last 6 months and have asked...

BetJam gave me one for a transfer from 5Dimes about 6 months ago. Of course, a call to the book in question should clear up any issue before you transfer.
