I would think that if you enter a contest, you would be responsible to take 30 seconds to see if you had survived the previous day. Also, who copies other posters picks. If you play the whole contest that way, either no one wins or it goes on forever.

Yeah, eagles also spent enough time thinking how to circumvent the MLB survivor contest figuring out that one may attempt to pick rained out games to move forward. Not saying he's cheating but establishing that if you have enough time to think about how there is a loophole (also having unlimited time with this forum), then obviously you should have enough time to remember who you pick.

I won Day 1 (Yankees) in that contest but forgot to make a pick for Day 2. I didn't go ahead and just don't even try to remember whether I made a pick, let alone can't remember if a pick won or lose, I simply stopped making picks for that contest as I remembered I missed a day. If you can't remember and think you don't have time to check a particular contest thread on who you picked and/or if that pick won or not, then you stop participating in that contest. If you can't use some due diligence, then how can people think you should be a mod. Oh wait, JJ is one so nevermind.
