    what's a legit supplement...
    such as a fat burner that actually works. been going to the gym all summer and my arms and legs have gotten solid but i still cant lose that bit in th gut due to all the shit we eat at school at year. anyone have any success with a weight loss thing, i do like 3 miles of cardio a day and then like 2-3 sessions of like 25 mins of different lifting.

    I was taking the T BOMB by MHP from GNC .. a few months ago to lift .. it was working great .

    Now 3 months later I have high blood pressure and i am on treatment... dude my best advice to you is get on a diet and work out the body will be thankful

          yeah im 23, i dont need that shit, im already ****in nuts when im at school as it is from the stress, i dont need no high blood pressure........obviosuly just need to start drinking, ****in, and dipping more lol

            do some more ab work cardio wont really help to burn the fat , you need impact training on that specific area y advice is get a personal trainer once a week to help you come up with a good routine

                    There is no such thing as a "legit" fat burner. Eat 6 smalls meals a day, stay away from carbs after 7:00 PM and do hard work in the gym or running/biking.

                    I use After Glow/Chocolate Whey for a post workout shake but that's just to help with muscle growth. Anything that "burns fat" is bad for your heart and will come back to bite you in the ass down the road.

                        quit trying to make the quit buck. It's earned in the kitchen and you know that. So either man up and eat healthy or enjoy your guy.

                        Calories in = calories out. You want to either up your exercising to burn more calories or take less in assuming your eating healthy and not all fat either.

                                        Or eat fish. Then you get the fish oils and you don't starve to death trying to burn fat. You will also burn enough money buying fish so no money will be left to buy junk food.

                                            The fish caught in the USA don't have the right omega 3 acids (epa and dha) in them. The fish have to come from extreme cold water sources north of America. Arctic or close to it.

                                            So its easier and cheaper to buy the fish oil supplements instead of having the correct fish imported.
