Benton, Arkansas - Estalee Young Grant - DEAD!
Estalee Young Grant, 92, of Bryant died Saturday, July 11, 2009.
She was born Nov. 24, 1916, in Oklahoma.
Mrs. Grant was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bryant. She had been a resident of Briarwood Nursing and Rehab Center for one and a half years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mora Scurlock; her husband of 57 years, James J. Grant; and a daughter, Lanell Carlisle.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Kay Williams and husband Shelby of Bryant, Sharon Adams of Benton and Jimmilee Kinzler and husband Dale of Little Rock; seven grandsons; a granddaughter; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church in Bryant. Burial will be in Pine Crest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Ashby Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Shelby Williams, Dale Kinzler, Phil Guthrie, Jim Dreher, Ken Donson and Paul Halley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Bryant.
