I think he has a provisional harness drivers license where he has driven in pari mutuel races.Those guys that grew up around Toronto had as much experience around harness tracks as they did hockey rinks.

If he quit broadcasting,he could probably drive full time at a half ass minor league track like Running Aces poker room and harness racing near me in Minnesota.Age and weight aren't a big deal in harness racing.

Olcyzk is a native of the southwestern suburbs of Chicagoland and did not grow up around Toronto. He honed his skills in midgets in Illinois. Was a hometown hero when he played for the Hawks.
