Some do, some don't. Depends on what sports they bet. Some only bet bigger edges and thus bet fewer games while risking more per game, so those are not apt to bet every day. Others prefer higher volume by taking smaller edges with smaller risks per game, those are more inclined to bet every day unless they only bet football.

What is obscure to you does not necessarily mean that to me.I live in China and Vietnam and I prefer to bet on smaller Vietnamese and Chinese soccer leagues as well as small market basketball from Europe etc etc. There is more than enough action to be had in sports betting 365 days a year.
