Assists guests with inquiries, requests, or complaints, and directs to the appropriate party concerned. Follows proper procedures for paging guests. Provides professional, courteous and efficient service at all times.
Qualifications:
High school required. Must possess a pleasant and easily comprehendible voice. Dexterity with ability to perform several functions at one time. Cooperative and positive attitude. Good typing skills. Knowledge of IBM AS/400 System and Hotel Management System Previous experience in PBX, functioning as an operator and hospitality experience preferred.
