No, some had a policy that they would not.

It's true.

For example, right now, even though I told them and linked news info, Cantlay is listed at +2200.

At the same time, if you hover over the event in the menu it says "all wagers have action no refunds".

This is not new, we've laughed about this for years and they've always lagged in this dept...lol...like leaving golfers up when they aren't in play and I've lost on this twice, if you count Cantlay.

We'll see, this time I reached out to them.

Don't get me wrong when I say I reached out "this time".

I've been on the phone with them a number of times about it when it didn't concern my bet. I've probably given them more golf news and info than anyone in house, judging by the staleness of the lines.

I'm just trying to be helpful...lol.

if they dont refund u should file sbr complaint they cant be an a rated book and not refund players that do not tee off all the good books 5dimes bookmaker have that policy must tee off

Because golf wagers are, or were, considered a futures bet. No future bet is refunded. At least that's how it use to be. They may not consider golf a futures bet anymore.

It's that Futures/Prop distinction and this is undoubtedly under the Futures section.

My issue is that they leave the player on the board and still enforce the policy.

That's kind of fukked up.

Especially if you are at a numbers shopping point and missed the news.

Always have to watch out when hitting them.

wow just looked at the rules page on heritage that's very shetty rule right there i would never bet golf there

When betting on Odds to win, all wagers have action whether the listed players start or not.

maybe sbr can contact heritage about changing this rule, all the other a rated sportsbook give refunds this looks like a sleazy way for the book to pick up free money

Like I said, always have to watch out before hitting Heritage. It was just an initial nibble made after posting in this thread.

Not really worried.

Didn't see the withdrawal coming, his showing was anticipated, as far as I know, from some solid Fantasy groups.

But when they leave that golfer up there like that, well you can see why they have the rule.
