Yes the people bet against the Pats in the WC round and the Divisional round, but not anymore. Now that the lopsided money is on the Pats, they will be on the losing end if it stays that way by the kick off.

It's still early and more money could come on the Rams, but if it doesn't and stays lopsided on the Pats, then I'm set with my Rams bet.

Pats are a very good team, but there have been signs all year this Pats team isn't as good as previous ones. The loss to Miami, Brady's interception at the goaline that changed the game against KC, what should have been his 3rd interceptino that got eliminated by the offsides penalty.

I don't know about my life saving since I would have to wager over a mil, which I couldn't do even if I wanted to, but I may just double up by the game time if the money stays with the Pats. Thanks for the suggestion.

I just obtained both conference championship game videos and started watching the NFC game. Since I didn't get to watch the games in full because I was busy gambling in casinos, it looks like I will be busy watching them more carefully and see if I should double up my bet.

I did notice this though just watching only the first 5 minutes or so. The Rams relied on 3 men rush a lot and dropped 7 to 8 on their pass coverage. I hate to say this but if Brady can make throws on 7 to 8 men pass coverage, then kudos to him. I would say there is more chance of picks than catches though.

The Patriots beat 2 teams when they could run the ball and would have lost to KC if not for the lucky offsides penalty, Rams defense with Talib matches up better with NE than either team the played. Pats 5 losses Michel ran for 60 yards or less in all of them.

Only if it's true that the Chargers and the Chiefs had the better roster. The Chargers may have but Rivers is a choke artist with a lousy head coach and that's that. KC had a horrible defense and Andy Reid who can never win the playoff games.

Goff given time is money and could be even better than Brady. McVay may not be as good as Bill, but he is almost there and having Wade Phillips is a definite PLUS.

Rivers may be good in meaningless games, i.e. non-playoff games and he just chokes when game matters so he is definitely not a better QB.

Mahomes on the other hand is definitely a better QB and it's really too bad that he's on a team with a shitty defense.

What bothers me is that so much of the early money is bet on NE that the line crossed zero (the Rams opened -1) and I can only guess that it will continue unless the West Coast bias will bring more money on the Rams near the game time.

Isn't picking the Pats too easy? It's the harder pick that comes in and the harder pick is the Rams.

The Rams will be better on D than the Chiefs. No doubt. The Patriots D with two weeks to prepare is going to be even better. I don’t think you need 30 to win this game. Pats will win something like 27-20. If the Rams are even able to get 20. Goff isn’t going to be able to do much against the Pats D. Brady will find a way to get enough points to win.
