I have thought about trying to watch the first season but I just can not buy Duchovny as the type to fall in bed with tons of hot women. He and his hair plugs gross me out.

Duchovny plays a very believing role. He also had a "sex addiction" prob in real life which he had to go to rehab 4

entourage fell off and californication was never good, only 2 shows that are worth a damn, Dexter on showtime and breaking bad on amc,

Are you serious Ill????? I think Californication is one of the realest shows out there, I can relate to like 1/3 of the episodes because of all the shit Hank gets himself into...

damages, veronica mars, arrested development are some others that some to mind. all have superior writing and acting.

i hate how most tv shows are written, written a little at a time, week to week, different writers, no cohesive story.

they should write the entire season, then go back and revise and make it into a week to week story, and not make up bullshit side stories just to fill the episode quota.

yeah dexter takes it hands down, season 3 not as good as the first two but still great, show has started to fade just a bit but I expect greatness in season 4

Yeah, Huff! was great, that was early one before Showtime was rolling in the numbers. Dexter is the show that really put them on the map. Hank Azaria is a seriously good actor.

Huff's finale left me in the lurch too.....

We are finishing up Season 3 right now so NO SPOILERS!!! But I am finally starting to get into it, I think we are on episode 9....Miguel just went rogue and Dexter bitch slapped him for it.

The only thing I can't get over is that the Michael C. Hall married that skanky girl who plays his sister on the show. She is HANDS DOWN the worst part of Dexter.
