How do you cap games every day? Share your system if it works..

I wanted to add...people tend to Bet on Sports they either love or the game they know best. I prefer betting where I have the best possible chance to succeed. An example...PRO sports...majority of Teams are loaded with talent, the best in the world. I find it tough to pick consistent winners on a regular basis. Fifty % for most is pretty good...laying juice their we still lose. Having said that, College hoops is a bit different...top conferences are similar to PRO, bc of recruiting they typically get the best talent out there. Mid and lower major conference teams can be better value and increase your winning percentage. Why? because the better teams have so much more talent...head over heels...than their opponents and 1 -2 players can make the difference. Their goal obviously is to get to the dance, so every game is of utter important for seedings in conference playoffs and seldom take the NIGHT OFF. Plus if you do your homework there are many items (sites) you can look through to better your chances as well... I love the passion these athletes play with.
I will add, that one of the most important items in my capping checklist is OFFICAL TEAM SITES GAME PREVIEWS..you will find info there that you can't find anywhere else. There are many more I use, but I will stop there. Yes...my record is not good right now...I'm in a down swing and just trying to minimize the damage. I'm hoping that I will break through soon and my % will get better. You can always dig deeper....thanks for reading and GOOD LUCK with your next play.

I track 1h and 2h sides and totals for each team. Then I analyze efficiency numbers on the official nba page. Best of luck.

I don't bet halves anymore. I use to but got away from it. Some teams do start or finish strong and trend that way for sure.

Instead I look for good teams at home to get down early in ball games and then live bet it the other way..

For example - let's say the Golden State Warriors start the game at home vs an average team and 5 minutes into the game they are down by 10 points and they call a time out. I'll then promptly hit the live bet GS money line at that point and get close to even money..

Warriors then typically will pull it together and make the comeback and win the game out right, kinda like what happened last night against the Pelicans.. Warriors were down big early at home and then ended up winning the game by 7 points in the end. Warriors do that alot in home games.

Live betting games early on like that I find will work and you can profit more often then not.

This game is in London today and not sure how things will play out but I know the Knicks aren't a shut down perimeter defensive team and Bradley Beal should get his in this game most likely.. Wiz are coming off a loss and rested now even with this long travel they should come to play. I see no reason why Beal doesn't go for 30+ again today.

Interesting... I didn't know college hoops were that sharp. Where can I find this data? Also, in another post you mentioned that NBA Totals are up 8 points this year vs last year. Where can I find this data as well? Thanks!

I do ML parlays on SBR for basketball. Only pick home teams that are double digit favorites, and their juice has increased with less than 50% of bets.

Example: Home Team opens at -11. They move up to -12 with only 45% of the better on them. I hit that game.

I stand by player props though, play the team leading scorer on the good teams when they are playing at home and with that player playing well. Those that are clearly trending on over points total in recent games in other words are the ones you want to bet on.. Those hit alot if you continue to play them.

That's all I got for you.. I will say James Harden, Blake Griffin, Damien Lillard and Step Curry playing at home have all been money lately. Those players are trending on the player prop OVERS.. Keep an eye on these guys in the near future if the opening lines makes sense..

1) Read all sports forums here and on competitor site
2) Find someone +10 units with flat betting or 1-3 units/reasonably consistent this season, posting ALL plays
3) Review their previous seasons or minimum 100+ plays
4) If 2+ season with 55%+ win rate / +20 units or more / 100+ plays = match unit for unit plays, tail blindly assuming no more than 1 pt difference
5) If first season posting with success as defined in (4), match 1/2 unit for unit
6) Profit

Henry is only improving, he's on a mission now, really looks focused and dialed in.. Had a big KO win in his last fight also..

I'm kinda liking Henry in that fight.. Dil is tough though with alot of experience and a proven champion.. TJ will be no easy out.. Still it's a tough fight to call.. Really could go either way.. Probably goes the distance though if I had to guess.. Then you never know with MMA judging at that point..

College basketball usually look at stat match ups between 2 teams. Then if I see a team with a clear advantage stat wise I look at the line almost never take road team in conference play....and stay away from lines that make no sense...it has worked fairly well for year.
