Horse racing is not affected it’s strange
I think the local online state wagering is permitted meaning places like Vegas and NJ fine

Only half way thru January
But this post of yours might be the dumbest post of 2019
FYI:
If we were to believe the hype being spread last year, by now the sky should have fallen and the internet made obsolete or exorbitantly expensive, as Banksy implied, from the lack of oversight. But that has not been the case. Instead of costs skyrocketing or connection speeds slowing down, things have actually gotten much better.
According to Recode, internet speeds actually have increased nearly 40 percent since net neutrality was abolished. Uninhibited by government regulations, service providers have been free to expand their fiber optic networks, allowing for greater speed.
People need to know wtf they are talking about before making posts that look like a 5 year old made them.

Yeah, I will have to wait and see how much "tougher" they can really make something that is already illegal, but anybody that wants to do it can do it easily!

Sheldon Adelson is old school who believes in brick and mortar casinos.
He doesn't like the technology & convenience of making your wagers online and there's no changing his mind.
No doubt in my mind members of The Justice Department are getting compensated by Adelson in some way because that's the only thing that makes sense as to why they would make such a drastic change after Congress just paved the way for legal sports betting Nationwide.

Again... all they say is... it's illegal to do so. They don't even list the consequences in doing so for a citizen. It's just a scare tactic.
Name one news story or source that a citizen was jailed because of internet gambling.

I live in freaking South Carolina, you can't get any more red than where I am at, and where I am the closest legit casino is over 6 hours away, there are poker rooms a few hours south of me in Florida. Don't talk to me about any type of government, the small F'in state governments are just as bad, especially the red ones that claim to be the most free. So I can lose all my money in a matter of minutes online on the stock market for some company overseas, that's ok to my state, but God forbid I make a $50 on Clemson and I am going straight to hell.

You honestly don't have any idea what you're talking about at all. Go read Daniel Wallach on twitter if you want to learn. The same guy who's quoted in 90% of these gambling articles. There already is online gambling in NJ and this Justice Department ruling will have no effect on that according to attorneys in the field.
