You guys do realize that the word prolific has nothing to do with picking winners right? Prolific is simply putting out a great number of posts than some one else. I'm not even sure Lou wins by that definition.
The most prolific tennis poster in SBR history?

Anyway, I think CluelessLou is the most prolific and incompetent tennis poster we have.
I didn't vote for him, though, since he seems to think it's a good thing and his ego is threatening to blow up the subforum.
If we're going with posters who have a clue about tennis handicapping, I think Rogue is my favorite, but I like to read EP's write-ups as well.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

#44Awww Yisman, you're too sweet. You're my favorite tennis poster too actually, because you're not afraid to get involved in the "politics" of our little community. I love the way you speak your mind and try to make this place better for the rest of us. You are also our first-line of defense against misinformation, which is too often overlooked.Originally posted by StraitShooter90% of the guys dont give a shit about your problems..and the other 10 are glad you have them..Comment -

I have myself to blame in some ways, but I'm wanting to get back to capping tennis, keeping a record, and cut back on some of the silly antics I have had a hand in.

#49Lou, you have my total support in that spirit. I know I've stooped to some childish antics right along with you, and if you're willing to set aside the hyperbole, I'm certainly willing to stop with the low blows and petty bickering. We should have higher standards, I agree.

Your only mistake is that you consider yourself an expert tennis evaluator. If you saw and projected yourself as a student of the game instead, there would have been no silly antics. Instead of having to back up and defend crazy statements with even crazier statements you could then have focused on improving your skills.Comment -

#56This seems classless. What's the point, other than self promotion and an ego boost? Also, does picking a +1150 make up for countless -500 losers? With all due respect, you appear to have serious illusions of grandeur.Comment -

Prolific posts means nothing in trying to ascertain star tennis capper
Prolific means he who puts out the most plays (not necessarily winning plays)
On that basis the whole poll and thread is pointlessComment -

I think the thread is rather silly but I also find it somewhat entertaining.

#59Originally posted by KingRevolverLOL The funny thing is I thought about this when he first posted it but I then thought that was also part of his point. I think he's saying that he's been highly productive in lobbying for Tennis and having it being accepted at SBR, i.e. reasons 1 and 2 in his initial post. A synonym would be fertile. Who knows, maybe he had no clue as to what he was saying...Eh - whatever - LOL

#61Originally posted by PAPSMEARBy way of analogy, I'm not sure that by me starting a billion different threads and making as many picks (win, lose or draw) on the women's hopscotch would necessarily be productive and advance the interest of that "sport" at SBR...that said if these indivduals need some recognition to float their boat go for it I guess
