Actually, it is one of the worst beats of all time, because no football team will ever go for 2 points down by 4.....unless their kicker is hurt. It took miraculous events which never ever happen for Seattle to cover that game.

I think it was an Air Force game where the team broke a huge run for TD while running out the clock to cover the spread. The other team, down like 8 now, needed the ball back more than anything so they declined the penalty that would have brought the TD back.
