What was the crime he did?

A few different ones, if you were back in the MW days, during the height of when it was popular you will recall his poster name and his flamboyant posts about what he was doing. JJ used to tell him to be cool and if he doesn't stop he will go down, it took years but he finally went down.... Tax Fraud, extortion and 3 others.. but its pretty crazy... JJ and I know him personally... not just a forum poster.
