When I go to Del Mar I stay there for a week. Someday before I die I want to stay there for a entire meet. I can get passes from a good friend of mine to the RV park on the backside of the track where the workers stay.

not quite, 1br apt, but nicest place ive ever lived for sure... 1035$ a month though and im like 2 blocks from the beach... I need to meet this Mike Pegram character though, sounds like a good person to know...
