Computer Help, Please

My girlfriend has some anti virus thing called p-cillen on her computer. It blocks a bunch of sites as not certified. Anyway to get sites approved without deleting the program, or turning it off.

Can you list some of the sites you are trying to access and I'll see if I can show you how to bypass the program.
