It's been all City on attack for about 15 mins. If Victory can weather this storm they still look confident on the counter.

Both used offensive subs in 2nd half.

Victory never got a single shot off after their goal.

Victory have Toivenon and Kamsoba on the doubtful list for tomorrow's game v the Jets. Will decide what to do with that match after lineups announced.

No reason to wait around for Wellington odds to drop well into -odds, so have taken them a week early in a parlay.

I ended up playing the Victory match like this;

Pays about $700 if Victory wins or $220 (money back) for a draw tonight.

Leaves me with a couple of hundred more profit than two $160 straight bets if both win, and same break even result for 1 win and 1 draw. A Newcastle win tonight would end up being a $220 worse result than 2 straight bets would have been. I thought that was worth the gamble.

And if Sydney had lost I would still be in the same position now whether I had bet them straight or parlayed them like this.
