Okay that situation is rare but understandable.

I use the account to spend in COP despite having USD... and they only charge me a 1% INT fee. Granted I have to call them and tell them of most moves I make....including coinbase and hopefully gemeni. But they've never bat an eye at online gaming, nothing... If I'm not misinformed, it's unbeatable. Chittybank charged me like 5%
