Retirement age = 10 years
These numbers should be 2.5x what is above.

people think property is a good investment because of the inflation scam, and because we had a baby boom and population growth... that's all coming to an end since middle/upper class people aren't having a bunch of kids... so of course we need to keep the illegal immigration flowing or the house of cards collapses.
otherwise there's no reason a 20 year old house or office building should be worth more than it was when it was brand new.
it's all timing, buying stocks in 2007 left people broke 2 years later, buying real estate same thing a few years later... wait for a crash like others have said, used to be the "shemitah" every 7 years
1980/1987/1994/2001/2008 but then 2015 got skipped

lot of people went bankrupt in the 1980s and in 2008-2014
i had a rental property that was worth 400k at one time, dumped it for 50k... tenants disappear and locations change

Why do we have this fascination with comparing ourselves to others and through this, finding our worth?
Everyone throwing out random numbers for retirement....People get so wrapped up in the rat race in the States.
How much do you spend? The important thing is to not have champagne taste with beer money. And yes, stack up when you can.
I'm not going to sit here and pound my chest and tell you I'm not a broke dikk fukk but I live a comfortable life and I'm 32. I spend dollars in another country though, that might have something to do with it.

they spend so much time running the rat race, that they don't stop to ask who designed the race and why are they running in it
just think how much of someone's precious time on earth they sell just to buy shit they don't want/need

I have zero invested in BTC now. I could care less if the whole thing disappeared. I was involved with it when it was hovering anywhere from a dollar to 13. I got in and out many times. But I cashed out and made a ton of $ with it. I was audited but its been taken care of. I had money before this but not a million. BTC gave me a a life I never thought I would have.

I bought 3 handguns and then traded them for opiates. Woke up three days later. No handguns no opiates. It was a terrible transaction.

I read online about money and happiness is that happiness is maxed out at $75,000. The more money accumulated past that point happiness does not increase. So having $75k in your bank account to help pay for necessities food, water, shelter and bills will keep you happy and away from depression. I personally will never gamble when my account is below $75k.

You're not making money off that 50k being stagnant.

If you’re going to have money in savings, transfer to Goldman Sachs Marcus account, 2.25%, no minimum. If you have more than $10k in a local bank account, you’re a fukking idiot. Basically no interest paying on that.
Majority of your wealth should be in the market. Even if not in market, it should be in bonds, hell AAA bonds pay more than interest accounts.
There is literally no excuse to have more than 2 months in savings. None.

I have a nice chunk in a credit Union in Florida. I don't think it's a bad deal
