I'm not talking about all you guys with 50k+ bankrolls but the guys with 20k or below like me.

Yall ever think to yourself "my bankroll isnt enough but if I could win just 1 game it would be plenty" and think about pulling the trigger? If you have, what have been the results?

Good, 8.5 not an option anymore. I cant go 8, thats just too low.

Going all in is never the right play.

Your admitting to yourself that you cant win and need a desperate win to double your bankroll.

If you go all in now, and win, why wont you go all in again? You will get greedy and you will lose.

The thinking is that you just need a certain amount to be able to wager what you want to on every bet. If you are short stacked then you can't wager what you want and it just doesn't satisfy you. That's how I feel sometimes anyway.

Great analogy. Bad things happen when you go all in or have that mentaility.

4-2 looks like its going to the 7th that way. I always hated getting in this spot with an 8 or 8.5 because you have 2 runs to play with UNLESS those 2 runs are scored by the Braves. But then again you have 3 less outs cause the home team is ahead so that is a plus if you are on the under.

Its close though, glad I didn't play it.

Yea Philly over would have been heaven.

I use to but realized it is no way to gamble and you always end up broke.

It actually is the number 1 sign of a compulsive gambler

Do not lose the privileged to gamble

never even think about it, betting on sports is nothing but a hobby/recreation for me. I never bet big amounts on any game.. I have a good career where I don't need to get a big score from betting.

wile the game did stay under, dont feel bad about not taking the under for all-in. Forget about this game or next time u have the urge to push all of it, u will prolly lose. Play smart, dont go on tilt
