Fires are out, we're good now.. Let the insurance claims poor in.. Time for existing homeowners to rent their houses out like me furnished for $15,000 a month.. Lot of people with out houses and homes right now.. Landlords renting houses on short term leases furnished right now are cleaning up..

I'm not gonna rent my house out furnished.. If I needed money I would though. Can really charge alot right now and probably get it.. Some insurance companies I believe offer rent compensation as well during rebuild efforts if I remember correctly..

Fires are done now.. Rains coming now, that's gonna create rock and mud slides.. More damage and road closings.. Vegetation all gone to hold the ground and rocks stable.. Wednesday is the rain day so the weather reports..
