The difference is Fresno is giving points and playing on the road. You must do more than beat garbage if I am gonna bite on Fresno. Watch the games and look at the stats. No value in Fresno. Doesn't mean they can't win. Just saying IMO if they play this game 100 times Boise covers more often than not. What the exact number is, I am not sure

Similar schedules and I have Fresno power rated about 6.5 points better (neutral). I think laying less than field goal is giving too much credit to blue turf.

I never cared if team I was on was playing for a championship or in last place in last game of year, I was always playing for the same thing, to win a game I was playing!! It called pride, self respect, determination, competitiveness, etc etc!!! Same reason at work nobody out works me, it ain’t cause I give 2 fukks about a company that may or may not care about me, it cause when I go home and look in mirror I feel good about what I see!!! This is prob why I’m a fuckin terrible situational capper tho!! lol. Def more meaning to those things than I want to believe!

Last year in the conference championship game.... Boise called out Fresno saying"they were the tougher team "after they won ( game was pretty close until a long td in the third quarter)...players haven't forgot....just saying

As I said I understand there obviously tons of situations where you get more effort from a team, as much as it disturbs me clearly true. Just explaining my mindset and why trying to cap those things is a absolute exercise in futility for myself!! I know several very good situational bettors/cappers, I just don’t happen to be one of them (important to know ones strengths and weakness!).

There were prob guys/teams I played against I liked less than others and it might have brought out a little added dirtiness/nastiness, little extracurricular activity at bottom of pile if ya know what im saying? in general tho I can honestly say I never once took any field or court and didn’t give it everything I had!!

Where I do think it comes into play is I definitely been on teams that were the best the school had in a long time and you could tell as a whole we really started feeling ourselves and lost some that edge in practices and preparation. I have no doubt everyone still gave it their all on game day but some def fell into the trap of believing the hype and thinking we could show up and trounce ppl!!!
