I'm drinking Coors. I'm not sure exactly what happened, because I very seldom drink regular beer (usually go for malt liquor), but ever since Bread gave up drinking beer I decided to pick up the slack on the domestic brewing companies' bottom line. So we have a case of it over here, and I'll probably be in bad shape by the end of the night.

For those of you with animals, if they get spooked by fireworks please remember that many municipalities are having their fireworks displays tonight. I've rounded up all the animals and they're watching tonight's CFL game with me.

Just got back from the parade, two hours of setup for a 20 minute parade of church groups, honky tonks, one Corvette car club and a fly over from the local chapter of the Commemorative Air Force. Time for a cold 'n crispy beverage.
