Left click with it on your avatar. Then find the pic to upload. You said it's in "my pictures" so go to that folder.Comment -

1. Click INBOX on the top right hand corner of this page your on.
2. LOOK on the LEFT for the MY AVATAR and click that
3. Upload the avatar you have saved on your computer from MY PICTURES
4. Masturbate over your new avatar.
