MLB Play of the Day -- July 2, 2009
Chi. White Sox -153 (5Dimes) @ KC Royals

Kansas City is Just 1-7 in their last 8 Home Games and going against Buehrle tonight isn't going to shift the trend.

Buehrle is 6-2 in his last 8 Road Starts
Buehrle is 20-6 in his last 26 Starts vs. Kansas City

This should be an easy pick for today...

Careful with that ... Buehrle was seen by the trainers and later a team doctor after the game on the 28th, it probobly was nothing big as most major news resources didnt report it, but just something to be aware of

Thanks for that info... I also like the Phillies as dogs today... +130 with an unbeaten Happ on the mound...

I was all over this play earlier but did some digging to see why the line was in a favor this way, The ump behind the plate is a HOME TEAM umpire, home teams are 12-4 with a huge strike zone vs the Visitors with a tighter zone, and with the Phillies offense the past 5 games, it leaves something to be desired, I was loving the Phillies in this one until I dug deeper.... I made it a no-play

Im all over D'backs/Reds UNDER 9 today

Still like the White Sox, Im going to put just 1 unit on it tho, the Buehrle thing with him seeing a trainer, and then a Dr. the next day has me not laying much more then that.
