    fukk NBC for wimbledon coverage
espn2 could not show the federer-karlovic match this morning because of NBC's contract rights to show the match on tape delay later today

thank GOD the match was a straight setter and was probably pretty boring because hopefully most ppl will see the score and not watch the match on NBC later today, fukk these suits at NBC who make these decisions

NBC needs to show these matches live or not sign a contract and let another network take over. Why would I want to watch a tape delayed tennis match when I know the outcome? Like the Today show is that important and will piss off the housewives that watch it.

i think it's more that they think the ppl who either work from hm or the bums who stay hm and do nothing, will not wake up at 5 am on the west coast to watch it, so they play it at 10 am west coast and 1 pm east coast so everyone who stays hm will be awake and tune in, but i am glad it was a yawner so hopefully their tv market share was very low........fukk nbc........i hope the semis are a yawner too and they get shitty ratings for their tape delayed telecasts

at least the final is always shown live on sunday at 6 am on the west coast

Agreed that coverage has been terrible. The final should be exciting though.

and since NBC has the rights to the semis, espn2 is reduced to showing last yr's epic final set between fed and nadal which every moderate to above tennis fan has seen about 5 times already

those of us diehards are watching the murray v roddick match online so hopefully NBC gets fukked this afternoon when they show this match on tape delay

FUKK NBC and everyone who works for them

for all their tennis coverage, not just wimbledon.

They show f-ing three hours or something of Martha Stewart instead of something interesting.

Ridiculous decision by NBC, what are ppl supposed to do tune in 4 hours later to watch Haas get destroyed for a couple hours? Will be lucky if 50 ppl tune in

no, they skipped Haas-Federer because Haas was expected to get destroyed. Also, Murray is a more compelling story. Scot trying to get to the Wimbledon finals against an American in what was expected to be fairly competitive.

On NBC right now, Murray is finishing off the second set to tie it at 1.

NBC should've shown this when it started instead of friggin' Martha, which hardly anyone watches.

Instead, they didn't show the beginning until about 12:15 EDT.

I think it starts at like 12:15 in all times zones, fukin unreal, I'm watching the middle of the 2nd set in Central time zone and match is long over

Sad thing bc prolly a great match given the result but just not nearly as interesting now

I never said Colombia was third world, I said Costa Rica was 3rd world, in general S America seems pretty good, Central America is not that great of a place to live imo but perhaps its better than I think who knows. I live in the greatest superpower in the history of the world but I realize there are many other nice countries to live in as well around the world.

that's not what the TV schedule said. It didn't have tennis on after Roddick/Murray ended. I watched it.

Good luck, I sure can't take Fed at -800 but I think a 35% chance of Roddick winning is extremely generous, Fed in finals of grand slam events is a machine
