Florida
Auburn
Alabama
Vandy
Miss. St
Ole Miss
Arkansas

The big winners this bowl season were LSU and the SEC. In case there was any doubt about the nation’s best conference — and from the Hotline comments, I know some of you were skeptical — then the league’s performance during the bowl season erased every last morsel.
The SEC was 7-2 in bowl games, and one of the losses was the result of a matchup that should never have been: Missouri stomping Arkansas. (No way Mizzou should have been in the Cotton Bowl — the Tigers were a BCS-caliber team team.)

USC, stomps Illinois: Trojans don’t deserve the BCS title but would be the betting favorite against anyone, with the possible exception of LSU.

USC, again: Had the Trojans just stopped Stanford on fourth down — Stanford! — they would have played for the BCS title.

LSU had a bad year last year but I will take it. We just didn't have the QB play. But people tend to forget that Florida lost 4 games two years ago and they only lost 1 last year. My tigers lost 5 last year. We will have a big season this year !
