Saw a JJ Gold license plate today

Today I was driving South on Highbury ave in London ontario and I saw a Nissan Altima with a JJ GOLD plate on it. The car turned west on Trafalgar Street as I drove past it. The guy driving the car was bald. JJ do you live in my city?
