    Hello solo1969,

If you were to select the Risk option you will be telling the system to risk x amount of money, and immediately the system will calculate the winnings, where as in the win option you will be telling the syste, how much you want to win, and the system will calculate how much you will have to risk, ie:

Houston Astros -110 (Bookmaker) Risking $110 to win 100

Now, if you tell the system to only risk $100 the system will do this:

Houston Astros -110 (Bookmaker) Risking $100 to win $90.9

I hope this answer your question.

    Regards, Ivan C.
    System Operator.

I think a lot of us have fired off bets and got the wrong one...it's easy to do especially if you are betting with different books and different software. The easiest thing to do is always put in what you want to risk and look closely at the review screen to make sure it say that you are risking. It's not a big deal on -110 bets but many have accidentally bet the wrong amounts on long odds.

The better software autofills the risk and win when you use one of the two fields.

      GL and welcome to SBRforum.
