KUDOS to 5Dimes management!

I had requested a payout for $2000 at 10:21 PM from 5Dimes via moneybookers, usually this takes less than 10 minutes, but last night after almost an hour it still wasn't completed.

I went on live chat with 5Dimes CS reps, they gave me excuses as to why they couldn't process my withdrawal, they told me my pending withdrawal was under review by management.

I was pissed, so I called in and spoke to a manager named Rommel, he was very pleasant and explained the situation, (basically there were some security concerns because of recent changes in my account profile and the fact I had just made a fair sized winning wager and was immediately trying to collect - plus there were alot of notes in my file)

After speaking with Rommel for a couple of minutes and explaining my situation he put me on hold and processed the withdrawal while I waited, I appreciated the effort as they don't usually process withdrawals at that hour (12:30AM).

Overall I was very satisfied with the result.

Still happy at 5Dimes, but I noticed I now can only bet $50 on the reduced juice MLB lines. Seems like I am limited.

Not many can bet at the reduced juice. I wonder why they even offer it.

Mike, I simply have been lucky at 5Dimes, my record at DSI is the exact opposite.

If I'm 70-30 at 5Dimes, I'm 20-80 at DSI, 5Dimes won't give me any bonuses cause I'm in the black, DSI gives me whatever I want 'cause I keep depositing regularly.

I am certainly no pro, but I gamble heavily when on a hot streak and do damage at times.

I turned $90 into $5400 last summer playing MLB at Matchbook, also turned $1000 into $14000 at Canbet in the NHL playoffs when Detroit last won the Cup.

Also got pretty hot on CFL football and cashed out almost $10K from the Greek with an initial deposit of $1K.

I use matchbook but 5Dimes is very useful for MLB as well.

Payouts are faster at 5Dimes.

Not sure I get this thread. Your payment is delayed, but you do indeed get paid ---as you should. Further, your reduced juice at 5D is restricted to $50 (versus $500--same crap happened to me).

Don't get me wrong; 5D is a solid Book. I just don't get this "Kudos" thread. You were delayed and restricted, yet you praise them. Must be a S&M thing.
