        I workout late, have a shake right after with whey powder and oatmeal... then when I get home I make eggs. doing just fine. carbs are ok, just stay away from sugar

          Yup, I get my carbs and sugars on in the morning (fruits) with Breakfast.. Then come dinner time it's all veggies and protein (meats, chicken, turkey or fish).. I'll pound a protein shake with egg whites, spinach, blueberries and (no sugar) almond milk also..

          That all has worked for me for years now as I'm fit and stacked, very healthy, not bragging either is what it is.. I'm also 50 years old and going strong as ever.....

          This is the powder I take and it isn't cheap either..

                        I will look into it Shocka thanks. Some of these expensive powders feel like they got Juice in them.. I'm still loving this below.. Works for me.. Throw a few scoops in with liquid egg whites, 30 cal Almond milk, frozen blue berries and frozen chopped baby spinach and it works wonders for the body.. Been on this for a few years and it's good stuff.
