That's true but I was referring to sugar not being good for you period... Fruit sugars are ok in the mornings because you burn them off, fruit juices can make you fat even if they are freshly squeezed though.. Orange Juice is all fruit sugar practically... I don't eat desserts or much sugar period anymore because I know it's bad for you.. I won't touch sodas... I drink water..

I will eat Dark Chocolate only because there are health benefits to eating that.. That's my only desserts at night. Apple and blue berries too...

This is obviously complete bs. When you eat what you eat make a very very small difference. All about calorie balance whether you put on weight, lose weight or are stable. You can starve yourself all day and eat only a bag of candy or a bunch of fruit before you sleep and lose weight if you want to, as long as you consume fewer calories than your body uses.

LOL That is exactly why I won't turn Pro. They could just ban you anytime for whatever reason they chose

and then take your points. 2 days ago, one of the Mods on here called a guy a "jerk" and told him that he

"sucked out 60K" from Nitrogen when he had ABSOLUTELY no idea what happened!!

Then when I posted something like: "Why are you siding with the sports-book and calling this

guy a "jerk" and saying he "sucked out 60K" when you have NO FREAKIN CLUE what really happened?!!"

So the mod deleted MY posts, and left his own post calling the guy a "jerk" up there!

AND THEN BANNED ME FOR 1 DAY AND LEFT HIS OWN DISGUSTING ABUSIVE POST UP ON THE FORUM??!!

AND THEN told me in the private message to: "Go read the posting rules of the website here!!"

I replied "Where the hell in the posting rules does it say YOU can post that a guy is a "jerk" and tell him
