Timmy is from the Northwest he likes cool weather and AT&T is perfect for him. He doesn't do as well in the hot humid summer days and nights in the Mid-West. I'm not sure how the weather is in St. Louis but if its hot and steamy thats a big factor in St. Louis' favor IMO.
