I received an e-mail from a concerned SBR poster on Sunday night. This poster is a regular in the Baseball Handicapping Forum. I will not reveal his name because I am not a snitch like some here. He lives east of the Mississippi River. He was begging me to come back to SBR and challenge Cocknocker (referred to as "Cock" throughout the rest of the post) to a contest. He mentioned that Cock was 4-12 on his posted MLB picks Friday - Sunday. This was no surprise to me. I warned posters about Cock's MLB picks in a previous post that was sent to Private Zone for some strange reason. He tailed Cock most of the weekend and ended up losing close to $900.
Cock challenged me to a contest through a PM for money. First off, contests are for kids. I won an Easter Egg Coloring Contest when I was 5. I was so excited. I won a Spelling Contest when I was 9. I was so excited. Also, SBR frowns upon betting between posters I think. Finally, I would feel too guilty to take his $150 that he proposed and he wouldn't pay up anyhow.
My advice to the less experienced bettors here at SBR: If you can't wager on your own, don't gamble at all. It's simple.
I know Cock will run and cry to the mods just like he did last time I mentioned his name and criticized him.
