Today I’m looking over the card and see a play I like.

Pirates VS Mets

We got Nova vs Wheeler. Wheeler hasn’t won in like 5 games now. Is he due?? Lol well yea but that doesn’t mean he wins. We discussed this before. Could he win? Sure.

Nova has been pitching well. He keeps the bucks in most games. I believe we have Pirates veteren #1 starter against the Mets # 4 starter if I’m not mistaken. Both teams have struggled. Yet I believe the Pirates are the better team.

Wheeler will be trying to win his first one in almost two months. Wheeler is 0-5 with a 5.13 ERA in 10 starts since his most recent victory

Nova is 1-0 with a 2.82 ERA in four career appearances (three starts) against the Mets. So what I don’t like is he has no decisions 3 times. Yet no loses so that’s key.

Remember my post regarding roulette when it keeps hitting black, don’t chase red. Or Bacarrat hitting player hand after hand don’t chase bank. Well I can’t chase Wheeler. Also Mets coach is out with cancer. Emotional situation that could go either way.

Now we have no lineups posted as of yet so no official play.

May have another play with this one. Let’s make sure we check injuries and line ups to pull any triggers. Need to be sure the suspect has a weapon before firing. Same with betting!!
